Aging:  12 to 14 months in 228 liter barrels (including 50% new barrels and 50% one to three year old barrels)

Characteristics : Ruby color, intense in its youth. On the nose, aromas of fresh fruit (blackcurrant, cherry), a touch of cinnamon. Round, assertive but delicate tannins

Keeping : 3 to 7 years

Serving temperature : 14 - 17 °C

Food & wine pairing : Terrines and pâtés, frogs and snails, red meats in sauce, soft cheese
